Jordan is our star composition, singing and piano teacher. He is a tremendously lively and inspiring teacher, with many enthusiastic former and current pupils who can vouch for that. Originally, from in Weymouth, Dorset, has an impressive track record of high profile performances and compositions, especially in the field of musical theatre, which he loves in particular.
While still a student at the Royal Academy of Music’s prestigious composition course, his credits as a pianist and musical director include Life’s a Drag (Cellar Door), Suburbaret (Tour of Zone 3), Flanders and Swann – At The Drop of a Hippopotamus (Edinburgh Fringe), London, Paris, ROAM! (Edinburgh Fringe), Loserville (Union Theatre) and Olivier Award Winning ‘Showstopper, The Improvised Musical’. Among his many original compositions, a few grand ones stand out such as Tyneham: No Small Sacrifice (Bay Theatre and Chethams School of Music, Manchester), 再见 Goodbye (Tristan Bates Theatre, Original Cast Recording), I Hope Your Are Happy (Reading Fringe) and Much Ado About Nothing/The Tempest (Newcastle University Commission).
